How your order reaches you, and what we do when something goes wrong.

Delivery
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day leave the same day and arrive within 2 to 4 working days across Europe. Shipping is free over 49 €, and a flat 4.90 € below that.
Returns
Unopened tins can be sent back within 30 days for a full refund. Opened tins cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
Damaged parcels
If a tin arrives dented or open, send us a photo and we post a new one the same day.
